一、机床液下泵简介
机床液下泵用于输送机床冷却液、润滑油、冷凝水输送,工业清洗设备和其它适合浸入式泵使用的场合。BYQD机床液下泵适用于无腐蚀性液体,BYQD(N)机床液下泵适用于轻度腐蚀性液体,具体用于电火花、车床、磨床、加工中心、冷却装置、工业清洗设备、过滤系统等。
二、机床液下泵工作原理
机床液下泵,电机处于上方,通过连接块直接与泵轴相连。进水口在下方,浸入水中直接吸水,出水口在上方。输送的液体自底部导流座进入叶轮,在高速旋转的叶片作用下,液体动能与势能均有增加。液体进入导流器压力室后,速度降低,动能转化成势能。液体经过导叶进入第二级叶轮,获得第二次势能的增量。如此循环下去,势能不断增加,串联叶轮数越多,出口的水压也越高,后压力水经出水段排出。
